I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Regis University. I provide psychotherapy to children ages 3+, adolescents, and adults. I believe everyone has a story and therapy must be tailored to each unique individual regardless of age. I am here to help you feel safe, respected and heard.

I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, grief and loss, abuse, identity, social and family issues. A large part of my work focuses on helping school-aged children and adolescents, including providing parental support when needed.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, play and art as therapy, as well as am trained in EMDR for trauma work and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS). I always provide trauma informed, culturally and gender sensitive, and LGBTQ+ inclusive care.

The therapeutic relationship is most important as I am empathetic, compassionate, direct, honest and will challenge you to be your authentic self.
