I am dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being through a personalized and compassionate therapeutic approach. Collaboratively, we will shape a path to healing, which fosters both empathy and empowerment. My focus centers on realigning clients with their goals and needs, fostering a healthier self-relationship, and cultivating a sense of ease, flow, confidence, and clarity in their lives. Together, we will invest in nurturing growth and embracing personal empowerment.
I specialize in areas such as relationship dynamics, trauma, mood disorders, sexual health, eating disorders, and women’s issues, I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical-behavioral (DBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), emotion-focused, somatic, and psychodynamic therapies. Infusing humor, creativity, and experiential elements into my practice, I aim to create a dynamic and engaging therapeutic process.
My professional journey includes roles as a part of a residential eating disorder facility and serving as the Director of Wellness for the College of Veterinary Medicine, along with being the outreach and prevention coordinator for the counseling center at Utah State University. I earned my Master’s in Social Work and Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed my undergraduate studies in psychology and nutrition at Baylor University. During my graduate studies, I interned in domestic violence prevention education and community mental health.
Originally from the Chicagoland area, I find joy in travel, weightlifting, hiking, and outdoor activities. Outside of my professional pursuits, I indulge in listening to podcasts and savoring moments of relaxation with my feline companions.
