I have over five years of clinical experience offering individual and couples therapy for a variety of issues including family issues and concerns. I believe in assisting clients struggling to find their voice through their different backgrounds and feeling stuck and tied down to societal expectations. Due to the unique makeup of our world, I use an integrative approach, which allows me to use modalities that best suit the needs of my clients. I value providing warmth, kindness, empathy, and directness when needed. My framework allows clients to feel heard and instills a sense of visibility that will empower and guide them in claiming their stories.
