At Westside Behavioral Care, our trauma-informed therapists offer compassionate, steady support to help clients with dissociation regain a sense of stability, safety, and self-awareness.

Techniques may include grounding exercises, mindfulness training, and evidence-based approaches like trauma-focused CBT, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), or psychodynamic therapy. Our goal is to help clients gently reconnect with themselves, manage distressing symptoms, and move toward a greater sense of wholeness and control. Appointments are available in person at locations across the greater Denver area, as well as through secure online therapy anywhere in Colorado. All of our therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many also accept additional major insurance plans.
