Self-Esteem

Self-Esteem Therapists in the Greater Denver Area and Across Colorado – Accepting New Clients

Struggles with self-esteem can show up as constant self-doubt, perfectionism, negative self-talk, or difficulty setting boundaries. Westside Behavioral Care offers therapists who help individuals rebuild self-worth and confidence through supportive, evidence-based therapy.

Our providers use approaches like CBT, self-compassion therapy, and values-based exploration to help clients understand where their self-esteem wounds come from, and how to heal them. Therapy can help you develop a healthier inner voice, advocate for yourself in relationships, and feel more grounded in who you are.
Appointments are available in person across the Greater Denver Area or through secure online therapy statewide. All therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other insurance plans. You can browse available therapists by specialty, insurance, location, and age to find the right fit for your needs. You can also call us at (303) 986-4197 or email info@westsidebehavioral.com for personal assistance scheduling your first session.
