We use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients explore their needs, process life changes, and build emotional strength.
Women often carry invisible burdens, whether it’s emotional labor, caregiving stress, or pressure to meet external expectations. Therapy offers a safe, judgment-free space to unpack these experiences and gain clarity. Sessions may also explore hormonal and reproductive transitions, such as pregnancy, postpartum changes, infertility, or menopause, alongside identity questions, relationship patterns, and generational dynamics. At Westside Behavioral Care, we offer flexible therapy options tailored to your needs. In-person sessions are available at offices throughout the Greater Denver Area, and online appointments are accessible statewide. All of our therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many accept other major insurance plans.
