I am an integrative therapist and use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based interventions to help guide therapy. I am passionate about meeting you where you are and helping you to discover your life’s purposes and find meaning in your life.
As a counselor, I am aware of the privilege it is to listen to your story. I am not here to judge you, rather to listen. My goal is to lessen the weight that you carry and create a space for safety, creativity, respect and self-growth. I believe in the power of change and use mindful practices to help foster self-awareness and bring loving kindness to our deepest flaws as humans. I believe therapy is a challenging and healing process.
One of my favorite aspects about my work is learning and growing with diverse individuals: creators, developers, educators, leaders and dreamers. I focus on bringing attention to the present moment. I work with unique individuals who are seeking therapy because change is needed. An ideal client is someone who is willing to show up and put time and energy into doing the work, even when things get challenging. I help you lean in to the areas of your life needing improvement by offering unconditional positive regard coupled with mindful self-compassion practices.

Allison Moran offers online therapy sessions through scheduled appointments. All Westside providers have access to HIPAA compliant and secure teleconferencing software to protect client privacy. Instructions to access a scheduled session will be sent directly by the provider leading up to the appointment.
