My name is Bella, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Colorado, offering online therapy as well as in person meetings in my office in Boulder.
I have over a decade of experience working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-identity, life transitions, relationships, and grief and loss.
In my practice, I offer a safe and inclusive space for my client, where they can grow in self-knowledge and learn new skills, enabling them to heal and create long lasting changes.
My therapeutic work is informed by my training in psychology as well as eastern spiritual traditions. I incorporate various contemporary psychological approaches as well as holistic, body-awareness, and mindfulness-based therapeutic orientations.
Every individual is unique, and so I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique challenges and concerns, help them define their personal goals and provide them with the guidance and tools they need to create the changes they long for.
Working with people is my passion. I develop authentic and honest connections with my clients and use my training and experience to help them get “unstuck”, move forward, and overcome the challenges they face in life.
I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Sofia University in Palo Alto, California and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and Social Science from Bar Ilan University In Israel.
I offer services in English and in Hebrew.
