I have worked as an early childhood mental health expert and consultant at the community mental health agency for over 4 years and have been in private practice as a consultant and therapist since 2014. In my private practice, I work with young children, families and adults. I am certified in EMDR and am endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist by the Colorado Assoc. of Infant Mental Health. I am trained in IFS and use this modality most often with adults and children. I am well prepared to assist in trauma processing, developmental concerns, sensory behaviors, and discipline woes in children and supporting families with challenging behaviors. My work with adults is always rewarding and often focused on trauma processing, anxiety, grief work, and stress management. I also have a 15 and 12 year old that love to keep me on my toes.
