Jeremy Thomas

I know how difficult it is to find a therapist, so thank you for taking the time to read this. My professional career spans 25 years of working in the Denver metro area’s community mental health system helping Denverites cope with a range of diagnoses and severities.

During that time I have focused on helping people cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions. I received my master’s degree in counseling from Adams State University, and my undergraduate in social work from Phillips University. I use the framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to guide discussions to help rethink our situations, challenges, maladaptive beliefs, and move forward with valued actions.

In my personal life, I enjoy skiing, playing guitar, and taking care of my dog. I also love going to concerts, doing anything free in the city, hanging out in the mountains, reading sci-fi novels, and comic books. If you are in need of someone to talk to, I’m always willing to be a listening ear.
