I believe that health comes through integration—the integration of our bodies and our minds, the integration of our past and our present, and the integration of our values and our actions. In my practice, I help my clients experience deeper embodiment, connecting with their bodies as they process emotions, move toward goals, and improve relationships. I use a trauma- informed approach in all my work, guiding clients to integrate experiences of old wounds into present self-awareness and wholeness. I help clients clarify their personal values in order to craft a life filled with purpose and fulfillment.

I treat trauma and PTSD with an approach based on Interpersonal Neurobiology and self- regulation. I provide trauma-informed care for parents with a history of trauma or who have experienced difficult upbringings of their own. I work on regulating anger and anxiety, resolving underlying traumas, and supporting healthy parenting.

I also work with young adults navigating life transitions in relationships and career, mental health concerns, and identity formation. I help clients who are undergoing shifts in their personal spirituality, or processing the impact of their religious background on mental health. I provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly those from a religious background.

A session with me may involve somatic or cognitive skill-building to manage symptoms, some psychoeducation to help you better understand what’s happening in your mind and your body, questions and reflection, space to process past or recent events, a place of real human connection, and often a little humor. I have a flexible approach, balancing immediate needs—what’s happening in your life right now—with the overarching goals for therapy you’ve expressed. As an attachment-based therapist, I strive to foster attachment healing through the therapeutic relationship. I want to collaborate with you on using your strengths and mine to get you to a better place.
