Maggie McEachern is an attachment-focused, expressive therapist who works with all ages (three years old and up). Her work is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory. She utilizes play therapy, sand tray, mindfulness, and art-based interventions. Maggie also pulls in elements of DBT, narrative therapy, polyvagal theory, TBRI. Maggie is Theraplay trained and also a Circle of Security facilitator, incorporating this curriculum in a group and one on-one setting. She likes to incorporate the strengths and interests of clients into the work that they do with her. Maggie is LGBTQIA+- allied. Maggie incorporates and HAES approach.
