Individuals can benefit from learning DBT skills to regulate their emotions and gain fulfillment from their everyday lives, while couples receive a detailed evidence based roadmap so you know exactly what to work on, whether with me or someone else. I provide you tools that you can take with you and utilize when needed. I specialize in mood, personality disorders, trauma and PTSD.
