Feeling at ease and connected in our relationships is an essential aspect of our emotional well-being. Anxiety, depression, and past traumas can impact how we relate to others. Our work together will focus on developing relational mindfulness through exploring thoughts, feelings, past traumas, and early attachment patterns. My work is attachment-informed, IFS-informed, and I am trained in the Gottman Method. Together, we’ll explore what may be holding you back from having the relationships and life you desire. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety or depression.
My clients describe me as having a kind and warm presence, with the ability to discern when they need to be challenged and made aware of their blind spots. I use IFS, attachment, and mindfulness-informed practices, as well as CBT, to help understand behavior and thought patterns. This allows you to identify your feelings and express your emotions in healthy ways.
I am here as a compassionate and non-judging professional to explore what’s working and what’s not working in your life. Together, we’ll identify your goals and discover what helps you feel more empowered to be your true self and feel more connected in your relationships. I look forward to helping you build deep and meaningful connections.
